ISO Certified

It is mixed and injected in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and controlled through 5S organization. Finished compound is confirmation tested against over 10 performance parameters, critical to making the highest performing picking fingers. The premium rubber is then injection-compression molded on new, automated in-house molding machines with in-house developed and machined molds. Injection is controlled by over 30 critical setpoints for optimal product performance. Fingers are 100% inspected before being neatly packed in hygenic polybag-lined cartons marked with traceable lot numbers for shipment.

HARDNESS

We manufacture Matrix™ Picking Fingers to be suitable for color-coded work environments.

Matrix™ Picking Fingers minimizes staining during the de-feathering process.

STABILITY

After conducting tests on 2 separate machines over a period of 6 days, Matrix™ Picking Fingers broke at a much lower rate than a leading brand.
